Welcome to Bubble UI. These terms ("Terms") cover the use of all Bubble UI templates (our "Services") found on our website and at bubble.io.

Bubble UI retains all Intellectual Property Rights to all the templates.

These Terms describe our commitments to you and your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Agreement to the Terms

By accessing the site at bubbleui.co or purchasing and/or downloading our products from the bubble.io site, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our Services.

All Bubble UI templates contained on this site are protected by copyright. This includes, but is not limited to, all written content, design, visual media, and our logo.

Parties

"You" refers to any individual or entity that uses our Services. If you use our Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept the Terms on behalf of that person or entity, and that by using our Services you are accepting the Terms on behalf of that person or entity. If you, or that person or entity, violate the Terms, you and that person or entity agree to be responsible to us.

The terms “Bubble UI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bubble UI.

Changes

We may modify the Terms from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in our Services (such as adding new features or benefits to our Services or removing certain features from certain Services) or for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. If we do this, we will provide notice of the changes, such as by posting the revised Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date, or if the changes are, at our sole discretion, material, we may notify you through our Services or other communications. Any changes will be applied on a going-forward basis and, unless we state otherwise, the revised Terms will take effect immediately. By continuing to use our Services after we have notified you, you agree to be bound by the new Terms. You have the right to oppose any changes at any time by ceasing your use of our Services.

Templates License

Types of licenses

Bubble UI offers three types of licenses for Bubble.io templates:

• Open Source Template License: Templates under this license follow the MIT License, granting rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the template.
  
  

• Individual Commercial Template License: This license allows for the use of the template for personal or internal commercial purposes. Redistribution in any form is prohibited.
  
  

• Commercial Developer Template License: This license allows for the use of the template for personal, internal commercial purposes, or applications created for third parties.
  
  

• Rights of Use: The acquired license dictates the rights of use. Redistribution or resale of templates without explicit permission is prohibited.

Fees and Payment

Each template under the Individual Commercial Template License is subject to a one-time fee. Each template under the Open Source Template License is provided free of charge.

Warranty and Liability

Bubble UI provides templates "as is," without warranties of any kind. Bubble UI shall not be liable for any damages or liabilities arising from the use of the templates.

Delivery

Our templates are sold through the Bubble.io marketplace, and you will receive the product directly in your bubble.io account upon order completion.

Support Terms

With the purchase of a template, you gain full access to our Premium Support. Technical support is provided on our Support Page, and you should not expect it via Facebook, Twitter, or any other means. This is the quickest and most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a template to receive support. Additionally, the support we provide should cover common issues and bugs that may arise, but does not necessarily include customization of any template.

• Support is free for all existing customers.

• We do not provide support for installation, customization, or management of your site/app itself.

• All customizations must be done entirely by the user; no information or guidance will be provided, as this is not in accordance with the previous topic.

• Bubble UI is not responsible for any errors resulting from unsuccessful customizations made by the user.

Purchases and Refunds Policy

Since all Bubble UI products are delivered digitally, all sales are final and no refunds shall be granted. We are not obligated to grant chargebacks for templates in the situations listed below:

• You do not want it after downloading;

• The item did not meet your expectations or you believe the item is of low quality;

• You simply changed your mind;

• You mistakenly purchased an item;

• You do not have sufficient experience to use the item;

• You claim you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information regarding why you believe you are entitled to a refund.

Compatibility

All templates available on our site are compatible only with Bubble.io (Bubble.io)
